Store Policies

We only deal with BRAND NEW MERCHANDISE! We don't exchange, trade, swap, barter, "comshaw", or deal with any opened, used, copied, scratched, nicked, broken, folded, spindled, or mutilated games. Since all sales are final, we sell only new, high-quality products!

Unavailability of Products. We like to pride ourselves on having what you need, when you need it. However, sometimes shipments get delayed, products are back-ordered, unions go on strike, etc.. At other times, things 'just happen'. So...if you don't see what you're looking for, email or call us with your requests. We will do our best to get them for ya!

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept personal checks from a local Kentucky bank (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).
